More member profile improvements

I have added some improvements to the member profiles.

  • For some countries, it is now possible to select a region. For example US states, Canadian provinces, Japanese prefectures etc. This detail will show up in member's public profile and when requesting a book, but does not effect point values.
  • There is a new notes field for any information that a member wishes to share on their public profile--reading interests, shipping methods etc.
  • Member's can create a profile photo using the Gravatar service. This photo will be used in the forum and feedback areas of the site and eventually other parts of the site as well.

    You can also remove Åland Islands from country listing bacause it's part of Finland. Åland islands have 16 municipalities which are already listed under Finland.

    Thanks for pointing this out. I've gone ahead and removed Åland Islands as a country.
